The apartment has a maximum occupancy and Aqua Vista Tenerife has the right to expel the entire party if more visitors arrive without prior notification. Booking cancellation may occur if you don’t abide by the house rules or our obligations to host you.

It’s important to note that Aqua Vista Tenerife has a maximum occupancy limit. In the event of additional guests arriving without prior notification we reserve the right to eject the entire group from the accommodation.

Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

Cancellation of bookings may occur if guests fail to comply with our house rules or other obligations. We kindly ask all guests to thoroughly review and adhere to the home regulations for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Self-Catering Stay: Please note this is a holiday rental not a hotel. Our team is available Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 and for real emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: Between 16:00 – 22.00 hours . Kindly let us know your arrival time in advance. Late arrivals occure extra cost.

Arrivals 22:00–24:00 → +€20

Arrivals 24:00–02:00 → +€40

Online Pre-Check-In: For a smooth arrival please complete the online check-in (uploading ID details) before you travel. Keys can only be handed over once this step is done.

What’s Included: Fresh bed linen 1 large towel per guest 1 small towel per bathroom a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and dish soap.

What to Bring: Personal toiletries cleaning products or extra consumables.
