There are 2 main criteria for us to start managing a property:

  1. Location: our operating area is Tenerife South, between Los Gigantes and Palm Mar area. That includes (Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraiso, La Caleta, El Duque,Costa Adeje, Playa Las Americas, Los Cristanos etc.
  2.  Design: our guests have high standards while choosing their holiday rental. In case your property requires a renovation, our Designdepartment can offer the best tailor-made for your holiday rental.
How does AQUA VISTA TENERIFE calculate commission?

We apply our commission on the net income, and not on the gross income as many management companies do.
The net income corresponds to the gross income minus platform fees (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and cleaning fees

How much does AQUA VISTA TENERIFE charge for the holiday rental management service?

Our fees are calculated individually and according to a series of factors: the location, the size, the design quality, the features (swimming pool, private rooftop, parking, etc.), and the number of properties owned.

If I Register My Holiday Home With AQUA VISTA TENERIFE, Can I Use My Property For My Own Private Use?

The property is yours, and therefore, you can use it whenever you need it. In case you want to have it free on specific dates of the calendar for personal use, you can notify Aqua Vista Tenerife  agents through any of our communication channels and we will proceed to block the availability of the property on the requested dates.

When And How Will I Receive The Rent Of My Holiday Home?

Aqua Vista Tenerife  pays by bank transfer, between the  5th and the 10th  of each month, for all bookings with an entry date of the previous month. For example, on the 5th of May you would collect all the bookings that have entered your property during the month of April. We unify all the bookings of the month in one payment to simplify the management. In addition, together with the payment, the owners of the holiday homes will also receive a settlement sheet, where we explain to which bookings the money collected corresponds to. If the owner has contracted any service with Aqua Vista Tenerife with cost, this is also detailed in this document and the invoices for the service are attached.
