Several years ago we started renting a friends apartment as a vacation home.

So we quickly became SuperHosts within the Airbnb web platform receiving 5-star reviews from all our guests. At that time other friends began to contact us and request our help to make their rental properties the perfect holiday homes, with the idea of increasing their monthly income. In effect, we currently have hundreds of satisfied guests and hundreds of evaluations that support us. Our turnover has grown, as has our experience and knowledge of the sector. We have a team of workers widely prepared and efficient for management, cleaning, maintenance and, laundry.

We create lasting relationships, getting loyalty to travelers who return with us year after year and recommend our accommodations among their friends.
