Guest Registration: Prior to or upon arrival, each guest must complete a form with their contact details. Your privacy and data are handled securely in line with hospitality regulations.

Maximum Occupancy: Our properties have a strict occupancy limit. Any unregistered guests may result in cancellation of the booking and eviction of the entire group.

Local Environment: Tenerife’s tropical climate means insects (such as cockroaches) may occasionally appear, even in clean and well-maintained homes. This is a normal part of island living and not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

House Rules: Failure to comply with our regulations may result in cancellation of your booking. Please read and respect the rules for a smooth stay.

Self-Catering Property: This is a holiday rental, not a hotel. Our team is available Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00, and for genuine emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: 16:00–22:00. Please confirm your arrival time in advance.

Late check-in fees apply:
• 22:00–24:00 → €20
• 24:00–02:00 → €40

Online Pre Check-In: Upload ID details before travel to ensure a smooth key handover.
