💶 Pay a €300 deposit 💳.Refundable, upon departure.
🚭 No smoking 🚬 in the house, especially in the games room and cinema room. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace 🌴.
🎮 Use the consoles and other equipment responsibly to avoid damage 🛠️.
🍿 Clean the popcorn machine 🍿 after each use, as this is not included in the basic cleaning fee 🧹.
🌡️ Pool Climatization Details:

Climatization is available only in certain winter months ☀️❄️. Please note that climatization does not provide hot water; it only heats the pool water up by a few degrees 🏊‍♂️.

Prior to or upon arrival at Aqua Vista Tenerife, each guest is required to complete a form providing their contact details. Rest assured, we uphold strict standards of privacy and security in accordance with hospitality industry regulations.

It’s important to note that Aqua Vista Tenerife has a maximum occupancy limit. In the event of additional guests arriving without prior notification, we reserve the right to eject the entire group from the accommodation.

Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the local environment.

Cancellation of bookings may occur if guests fail to comply with our house rules or other obligations. We kindly ask all guests to thoroughly review and adhere to the home regulations for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Self-Catering Stay: Please note this is a holiday rental, not a hotel. Our team is available Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00, and for real emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: Between 16:00 – 22.00 hours . Kindly let us know your arrival time in advance. Late arrivals occure extra cost.

Arrivals 22:00–24:00 → +€20

Arrivals 24:00–02:00 → +€40

Online Pre-Check-In: For a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (uploading ID details) before you travel. Keys can only be handed over once this step is done.

What’s Included: Fresh bed linen, 1 large towel per guest, 1 small towel per bathroom, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and dish soap.
